Method

Prepare Dough

  1. 1

In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare Vegetable Filling

  1. 2

    Mix the Vegetables

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, onion, green peas, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

    Marinate

In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Add the vegetable filling to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.

Prepare Chili Sauce

  1. 4

    Make the Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine chili powder, tomato sauce, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sugar. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.
