1. Make the Filling
In a bowl, crumble the paneer and mix it with grated carrot, chopped cabbage, green peas, ginger, garlic, timur, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle with oil, and mix well until combined.
2. Prepare the Momo Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt. Gradually add water while kneading until a smooth dough forms. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
3. Assemble the Momos
Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle. Place a spoonful of filling in the center and fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape. Pinch the edges to seal.
4. Steam the Momos
Arrange the filled momos in a steamer lined with parchment paper. Steam for about 15-20 minutes or until the dough becomes translucent.
5. Serve
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
