Prepare the Dough Wrappers

Make the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead until you have a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Chicken Filling

Mix the Filling
In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, coriander leaves, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Assemble the Momos

Form the Momos
Roll out the rested dough into thin circles (about 3 inches in diameter). Place a spoonful of chicken filling in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, creating pleats if desired.
Prepare the Jhol (Broth)

Cook the Broth
In a pot, heat the chicken broth and add sliced onion, chopped tomato, sliced ginger, sliced garlic, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Simmer for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Steam the Momos

Steam the Momos
Place the momos in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper. Steam for about 15-20 minutes or until the dough is translucent and the filling is cooked through.
Serve

Serve the Dish
Serve the steamed momos hot, garnished with coriander leaves, along with the aromatic chicken broth for dipping.
