Cook the Noodles
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the chowmein noodles and cook as per package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In a large wok or frying pan, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, sautéing until fragrant.

Add Remaining Vegetables
Add the julienned carrots, sliced bell pepper, shredded cabbage, and chopped green beans. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

Combine Noodles and Sauce
Add the cooked chowmein noodles to the vegetable mixture. Pour in the soy sauce and chilli sauce, tossing everything together until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving hot.
