Prepare the Dough
In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt and enough water to form a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Make the Filling
In a separate bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, green chili, and salt. Mix well.

Shape the Momos
Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle, place a tablespoon of filling in the center, and fold to seal the momo. Ensure there are no air pockets.

Steam the Momos
Steam the momos in a steamer for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Keep warm.
For the Chowmein

Cook the Noodles
Boil chowmein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Combine Noodles and Sauce
Add the cooked noodles to the vegetables, pour in soy sauce, and season with black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
