Prepare the Soya Beans
Soak the soya beans in water overnight. Drain and rinse them, then boil them in fresh water until tender. Once cooked, mash them lightly and set aside.

Prepare the Soy Chunks
In a separate pot, boil water and add the soy chunks. Cook for about 10 minutes until they become soft. Drain and squeeze out excess water.

Make the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garlic, ginger, coriander powder, cumin powder, and water. Knead until it forms a smooth dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Shape the Chapp
Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into flat discs. Heat a pan and lightly cook the discs on both sides until golden brown.

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the mashed soya beans, prepared soy chunks, lemon juice, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

Serve
Place the soya mixture on top of the cooked chapp and serve hot. Enjoy your Soya Chapp Choila!
