Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Noodles

Cook the chowmein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Aromatics

In a large wok or skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Cook the Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the wok, cooking for 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the wok and set aside.

  4. 4

    Stir-fry the Vegetables

In the same wok, add the bell pepper, carrot, and cabbage. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  5. 5

    Combine Ingredients

Return the cooked shrimp to the wok and add the cooked chowmein noodles, soy sauce, chili flakes, and salt. Toss everything together for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring the noodles and shrimp are well coated with the sauce.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, stir in chopped green onions, and serve hot.
