Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets. Rinse under cold water and drain.

Chop the Vegetables
Chop the green onions into small pieces and slice the bell pepper into thin strips.

Mince the Garlic and Ginger
Peel and mince the garlic cloves and ginger to ensure they are finely chopped.

Sauté the Cauliflower
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Add the cauliflower florets and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they start to become tender.

Add the Bell Pepper and Onions
Add the sliced bell pepper and chopped green onions to the skillet. Continue to sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, remaining sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and ginger until well combined.

Combine and Cook
Pour the sauce over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet. Stir well to coat and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
