Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cauliflower

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets. Rinse under cold water and drain.

  2. 2

    Chop the Vegetables

Chop the green onions into small pieces and slice the bell pepper into thin strips.

  3. 3

    Mince the Garlic and Ginger

Peel and mince the garlic cloves and ginger to ensure they are finely chopped.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Sauté the Cauliflower

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Add the cauliflower florets and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they start to become tender.

  2. 5

Add the Bell Pepper and Onions

Add the sliced bell pepper and chopped green onions to the skillet. Continue to sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes.

  3. 6

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, remaining sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and ginger until well combined.

  4. 7

    Combine and Cook

Pour the sauce over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet. Stir well to coat and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Finishing Touches

  1. 8

    Garnish

Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chili flakes to taste. Serve hot.
