Method

Preparation and Assembly

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fries

Peel and cut the Russet potatoes into thick fry shapes. Rinse in cold water and pat dry with a towel.

  2. 2

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

Make the Smoked Gouda Cheese Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the smoked Gouda cheese and heavy cream. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Buffalo Nuggies

Cook the buffalo chicken nuggets according to package instructions, then chop them into bite-sized pieces.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Reloaded Fries

On a large serving platter, layer the house-cut fries. Top with the smoked Gouda cheese sauce, buffalo chicken pieces, crumbled bacon, sliced pickles, and drizzle with Nintendie sauce.
