Lobster Tails

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, being careful not to cut through the bottom shell. Gently pull the lobster meat out slightly and place it on top of the shell.

  2. 2

    Season

Sprinkle the lobster tails with salt and drizzle with lemon juice.

  3. 3

    Bake

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Prepare Drawn Butter

While the lobster is baking, melt 1/2 cup of butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and set aside.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the lobster tails from the oven, drizzle with some of the drawn butter, and serve with the remaining butter on the side for dipping.
