Preparation

1

Make the crust

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.

2

Prepare the filling

In a large bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.

3

Assemble the tart

Pour the filling into the cooled tart crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

4

Make the chocolate topping

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until just simmering. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth. Allow to cool slightly before pouring over the set peanut butter filling.

5

Garnish and serve

Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the chocolate topping. Slice and serve chilled.
