Taco Preparation

    Prepare the Tacos

    Warm the corn tortillas on a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.

    Assemble the Carne Asada Taco

    Place 1/4 cup of Carne Asada on one tortilla, add chopped onion and cilantro, and serve with a lime wedge.

    Assemble the Al Pastor Taco

    On another tortilla, place 1/4 cup of Al Pastor, top with chopped onion and fresh cilantro, and serve with a lime wedge.

    Assemble the Chicharron Taco

    Take a third tortilla and add 1/4 cup of Chicharron, along with onion and cilantro, and serve with a lime wedge.

    Assemble the Volteado Taco

    For the last tortilla, add 1/4 cup of Volteado meat, followed by onion and cilantro, and serve with a lime wedge.

    Serve with Sides

    Serve all four tacos on a platter with a side of guacamole and salsa.
