Preparation Steps

1

Prepare the Chicken

In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture until evenly covered.

2

Heat the Oil

In a deep skillet or fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

3

Fry the Wings

Carefully add the coated chicken wings to the hot oil in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

4

Drain and Toss in Sauce

Remove the wings from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Once drained, toss the wings in your choice of sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, or Chucata).

5

Prepare Carrots and Serve

Cut the carrots into sticks or rounds. Arrange the wings on a serving platter alongside the carrot sticks and a side of ranch dressing for dipping.
