Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare Edamame

Steam the edamame pods for about 5 minutes until tender. Sprinkle with salt and set aside.

  2. 2

    Make Spring Rolls

In a bowl, combine shrimp, ground chicken, minced garlic, grated ginger, shredded cabbage, and carrots. Season with salt and mix well. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each spring roll wrapper. Roll tightly and seal the edges with water. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Prepare Dumplings

Combine ground pork, minced garlic, ginger, and green onions in a bowl. Season with soy sauce and chili oil. Fill dumpling wrappers with a teaspoon of filling and fold to seal. Steam dumplings for 8-10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Make Wok Cashew Chicken

In a hot wok, add chopped cashews and toast lightly. Add diced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Add plum wine, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the edamame, spring rolls, dumplings in chili-soy broth, and wok cashew chicken. Enjoy your Zen for 2!
