Method

Salad

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salad

Chop the romaine lettuce, cucumber, and halve the cherry tomatoes. In a bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to make the dressing. Toss the lettuce with the dressing and top with spicy cashews.

Dumplings

  1. 2

    Make the Dumplings

In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Place a spoonful of filling on each dumpling wrapper, fold, and seal. Steam the dumplings over boiling water for about 15 minutes.

Sea Bass

  1. 3

    Pan-Seared Sea Bass

Season the sea bass fillets with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Drizzle with truffle oil before serving.

Vegetable Rice

  1. 4

    Cook the Vegetable Rice

In a saucepan, combine basmati rice, mixed vegetables, coconut milk, curry powder, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender.
