Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the green onions and kimchi. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Ground Beef

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

  3. 3

    Add Aromatics

Add garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Mix in Rice and Kimchi

Add the cooked rice and kimchi to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for another 3-4 minutes, allowing the rice to heat through.

  5. 5

    Season the Fried Rice

Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Fry the Eggs

In a separate non-stick skillet, fry the eggs sunny side up until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve the Korean beef fried rice in bowls topped with a sunny side up egg and garnished with green onions.
