For the Grilled Lamb Chops

For the Mongolian Barbecue Sauce

Method

Prepare the lamb chops

  1. 1

    Marinate the Lamb

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture onto the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Make the Mongolian Barbecue Sauce

  1. 2

    Combine Ingredients

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and chili paste. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.

Grill the lamb chops

  1. 3

    Grill

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness. Brush the chops with Mongolian barbecue sauce during the last minute of grilling.

Prepare the Tiger Salad

  1. 4

    Combine Salad Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, julienned carrots, sliced cucumber, and sliced red bell pepper. In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, rice vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Top with sesame seeds.
