Method
Dumpling Preparation
- 1
Make the Pork Sichuan Wontons
In a bowl, combine ground pork, minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped green onions, and Sichuan peppercorns. Place a small spoonful of the filling into the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold over to create a triangle, and seal tightly.
- 2
Prepare Chicken, Shrimp, and Edamame Dumplings
In separate bowls, mix ground chicken, chopped shrimp, and shelled edamame with minced garlic, minced ginger, and chopped green onions. Fill dumpling wrappers, moisten edges, and seal.
- 3
Steam the Dumplings
Set up a steamer basket over boiling water. Place the dumplings in the basket, ensuring they don’t touch. Steam for about 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
