Edamame Dumplings

Make the Dumplings
In a food processor, blend the edamame until smooth. Fill each wonton wrapper with a teaspoon of the mixture and fold to seal. Steam for 10 minutes.

Prepare the Shrimp
In a skillet, cook rock shrimp until pink. Mix with spicy mayo and set aside.

Steam or heat bao buns. Fill each with shrimp and top with pickled slaw and green onions.
Small Crispy Calamari Salad

Fry the Calamari
Dredge calamari in flour and fry until golden. Drain on paper towels.

Toss mixed greens with sweet miso dressing. Top with fried calamari and sesame seeds.
