Pork Tenderloin

Chinese Broccoli

Giant Panko Onion Rings

Method

Pork Tenderloin Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Pork

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper. Add the pork tenderloin and marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pork

Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat. Remove the pork from the marinade and grill or roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let rest before slicing.

Chinese Broccoli Preparation

  1. 3

    Sauté the Broccoli

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the Chinese broccoli, season with salt, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender but still bright green.

Giant Panko Onion Rings Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare Onion Rings

Slice the large onions into thick rings. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with milk, and one with panko breadcrumbs seasoned with salt and pepper.

  2. 5

    Breading Process

Dip each onion ring in flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs. Repeat until all rings are coated.

  3. 6

    Fry the Onion Rings

In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the onion rings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
