1. Prepare the Sausage Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped dill, cilantro, lemongrass, and makrut lime leaves. Mix well.

2. Season the Mixture

Add the fish sauce, sugar, black pepper, and salt to the meat mixture. Adjust seasoning to taste and mix thoroughly until well combined.

3. Prepare the Casings

Soak the natural sausage casings in water for at least 30 minutes, then rinse them under cold water.

4. Stuff the Sausages
