Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Chicken

Rinse the whole chicken under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.

2

Season the Chicken

In a bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mix all over the chicken, ensuring it's evenly coated.

3

Prepare the Smoker

Soak the wood chips in water for at least 30 minutes. Then, prepare your smoker according to the manufacturer's instructions.

4

Smoke the Chicken

Place the seasoned chicken in the smoker and add the soaked wood chips. Smoke the chicken at 225°F (107°C) for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

5

Fry the Chicken

Once smoked, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

6

Serve

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before cutting. Serve hot on a plate.
