Marinade Preparation

Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, and black pepper. Mix well until honey is dissolved.

Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade mixture. Ensure each piece is well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (preferably 2 hours for enhanced flavor).

Rest the Chicken
Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Cook the Jasmine Rice
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the jasmine rice, stir once, then cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 5 minutes.

Plate the Dish
Fluff the rice with a fork and divide it among plates. Slice the chicken and place it over the rice. Garnish with chopped green onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
