1. Prepare the Broth

In a large pot, combine the beef broth, soy sauce, minced ginger, and minced garlic. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

2. Cook the Flank Steak

Add the flank steak to the boiling broth. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the steak is tender.

3. Cook the Noodles

While the steak is cooking, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions in a separate pot. Drain and set aside.
