Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Mushrooms
Clean the Portobello mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp cloth. Remove the stems and gently scoop out the gills with a spoon to create space for the filling.

Prepare the Stuffing
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, bread crumbs, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and form a creamy filling.

Take the prepared mushroom caps and fill each cap generously with the stuffing mixture, pressing it down slightly to ensure it holds together.
Baking

Bake the Stuffed Mushrooms
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the topping is golden brown.
