Prepare the Glass
Chill a hurricane glass or a tall glass by placing it in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
In a blender, add 2 oz of white rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, 6 oz of pineapple juice, 1 cup of crushed ice, and 1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks.

Blend the Mixture
Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy, approximately 30-45 seconds.
Serving

Pour and Garnish
Pour the blended mixture into the chilled glass. Top with 2 tablespoons of whipped cream, a maraschino cherry, and a slice of pineapple.
