Preparation of Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Wings
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl and season with salt and black pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

Bake the Wings
Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Making the Sauces

Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine hot sauce, unsalted butter, and garlic powder. Heat over low until the butter melts, stirring to combine. Remove from heat.

Sweet Sesame Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and sesame seeds until smooth.

Honey Mustard Sauce
In a bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard until well blended.

Garlic Buffalo Sauce
In a saucepan, melt unsalted butter over low heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Stir in hot sauce and mix well.

Jerry Teri Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic until the sugar is dissolved.
Tossing and Serving

Toss the Wings
Once the wings are cooked, place them in a large bowl and pour your desired sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.
