Veggie Burger Preparation

In a large bowl, mash the canned black beans with a fork or potato masher until mostly smooth, leaving some chunks for texture.

Add the cooked quinoa, oats, chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper to the mashed beans. Mix until well combined.

Using your hands, form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

Place each patty on a burger bun and prepare to add toppings.
Sundried Tomato Mayo Preparation

Mix Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chopped sundried tomatoes, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Stir until well blended.
Slaw Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt. Toss until the vegetables are well coated with the dressing.
