Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, combine the ground Angus beef with salt and black pepper. Mix gently until the seasonings are evenly distributed. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip them and place a slice of cheddar cheese on top. Cook for another 4-5 minutes or until the desired doneness is achieved.

  3. 3

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, split the burger buns and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Assembling the Burger

  1. 4

    Prepare the Toppings

Wash the lettuce leaves, slice the tomato into rounds, and thinly slice half of the onion.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted burger bun, place a leaf of lettuce, followed by the cooked patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, onion slices, and top with the other half of the bun.

Cooking the French Fries

  1. 6

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen french fries package. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  2. 7

    Bake the Fries

Bake the fries in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste before serving.
