Directions
- 1
Prepare the Breading Station
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. In another bowl, place the Brothers breading mix.
- 2
Coat the Pickles
Dip each pickle slice into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it evenly in the Brothers breading. Place the breaded pickles on a tray.
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 4
Fry the Pickles
Carefully add the breaded pickles to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- 5
Drain and Serve
Remove the fried pickles from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with peppercorn ranch dressing on the side.
