Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Make the Breading
In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Prepare the Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and buttermilk until well combined.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each piece of chicken into the wet mixture, then coat with the dry breading mixture. Ensure they are well coated.

Heat the Oil
In a deep pan, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Chicken
Carefully add the breaded chicken pieces to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Drain and Toss
Remove the fried wings and drain on paper towels. While still hot, toss in Brothers Sauce until evenly coated.
