Seafood Pasta Ingredients
Method
Cooking Directions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.
- 2
Sauté the Garlic
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- 3
Add Seafood
Add the shrimp, mussels, and clams to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the shellfish have opened up.
- 4
Deglaze with Wine
Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Allow it to cook for about 2 minutes to reduce slightly.
- 5
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet along with the reserved pasta water, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- 6
Serve
Plate the seafood pasta and garnish with additional parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
