Pork Chop
Method
Preparation
- 1
Marinate the Pork Chop
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, fresh rosemary, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade.
- 2
Prepare the Pork Chop
Add the pork chop to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Grilling
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F-400°F).
- 4
Grill the Pork Chop
Remove the pork chop from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Place the pork chop on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes on one side.
- 5
Flip and Cook
Flip the pork chop and grill for another 5-6 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.
- 6
Rest the Pork Chop
Remove the pork chop from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. This helps the juices redistribute.
