Beer Preparation

1. Chill the Beer

Place the cans of local beer in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure they are nice and cold.

2. Prepare Glasses

Select your preferred drinking glasses. If desired, you can salt the rims of the glasses. To do this, run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass and dip it into a plate of salt.

3. Pour the Beer

Open each can of local beer and pour it slowly into the prepared glasses, filling each glass about three-quarters full to allow for foam.
