Salmon

Method

Preparation of Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a shallow dish, place the salmon filets and pour the teriyaki sauce over them. Ensure the filets are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat while the salmon is marinating. This should take about 10 minutes.

Preparation of Vegetables

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop the bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 4

    Season the Vegetables

In a large bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.

Grilling

  1. 5

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  2. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

While the salmon is grilling, place the seasoned vegetables in a grill basket or on a sheet of aluminum foil. Grill alongside the salmon for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Dish

Once cooked, remove the salmon and vegetables from the grill. Plate the salmon alongside the grilled vegetables and drizzle any remaining teriyaki sauce over the top for added flavor.
