Preparation of Vegetables

    Wash and Chop Lettuce

    Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water, drain, and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large salad bowl.

    Peel the cucumber if desired, then cut it in half lengthwise and slice it into half-moons. Add to the salad bowl.
