- 2
Prepare Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

Season Cauliflower
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss well to ensure all florets are evenly coated.

Bake Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Buffalo Sauce Preparation
- 5
Make Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined and heated through.
Final Assembly

Toss Cauliflower in Sauce
Once the cauliflower is crispy and golden, remove it from the oven and transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss gently to coat all florets evenly.
