Cook the Pork Chops
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Remove from skillet and let them rest.

Prepare the Rice Pilaf
In the same skillet, add the rice and toast for 2 minutes. Then, add the chicken broth. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

Serve the pork chops alongside the rice pilaf and seasonal vegetable medley. Garnish with parsley if desired.
