Doughnut Preparation

Make the Doughnut Base
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add milk, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and chopped herbs. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

Shape the Doughnuts
Preheat your doughnut maker or oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray doughnut molds with cooking spray. Fill molds about halfway with the batter and smooth the tops.

Bake the Doughnuts
Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from molds and let cool on a wire rack.
Brown Butter Preparation

Brown the Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the stick of butter over medium heat. Continue cooking until it turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Parmesan Cream Preparation

Make the Parmesan Cream
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Stir until cheese is melted. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Keep warm.
Assembly

Assemble the Dish
Drizzle the brown butter over the baked doughnuts and serve with a side of warm Parmesan cream for dipping.
