Preparation Steps

1. Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and dry the Bibb lettuce, then tear it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large serving bowl.

2. Slice Avocados

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice them into thin wedges. Arrange the avocado slices on top of the lettuce.

3. Segment the Grapefruit

Using a sharp knife, cut the top and bottom off the grapefruit. Carefully cut away the peel and pith, then segment the fruit and place the segments over the salad.

4. Add Shrimp

Add the cooked Gulf shrimp on top of the salad.

5. Dress the Salad

Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.
