Cajun Red Chili Dogs Recipe

Chili Preparation

   Cook the Meat

   In a large pot over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.

   Sauté Vegetables

   Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.

   Add Remaining Ingredients

   Stir in the canned diced tomatoes, kidney beans, Cajun seasoning, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

   Simmer

   Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
