1. Sauté the Mushrooms

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.

2. Prepare the Cream Sauce

Lower the heat and add the heavy cream to the skillet. Stir well to combine with the mushrooms. Gradually mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

3. Add Artichokes

Gently fold in the artichoke hearts, season with salt and black pepper. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.

4. Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Serve the artichoke and Parmesan cream sauce warm over pasta, rice, or as a dip.
