Method

Preparation of the Dip

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2

Prepare the Spinach

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the fresh spinach. Cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Squeeze out excess moisture and chop finely.

3

Mix the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts (drained and chopped), cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, provolone cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

4

Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

5

Bake the Dip

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Serving the Dip

6

Prepare Pita Bread

While the dip is baking, cut the pita bread into triangles. You can toast them lightly in a pan or oven if desired.

7

Serve

Once the dip is done baking, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with pita triangles and tortilla chips.
