Buffalo Chicken Wings
Roasted Garlic Ranch Dressing
Method
Buffalo Chicken Wings
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.
Season the Wings
Add salt, black pepper, and olive oil to the bowl with the chicken wings. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
Bake the Wings
Spread the seasoned wings evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir until combined.
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are fully baked, remove them from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce until they are thoroughly coated.
Roasted Garlic Ranch Dressing
Roast the Garlic
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap the garlic cloves in aluminum foil and roast for about 20-25 minutes until soft. Allow to cool, then squeeze the cloves out of their skins.
Mix the Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, roasted garlic, dried dill, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Chill the Dressing
Cover the ranch dressing and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
