Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Crab Dip
In a large mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, diced scallops, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, chopped green onions, pepper jack cheese, parmesan cheese, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 2
Bake the Dip
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- 3
Prepare the Toast Points
While the dip is baking, slice the ciabatta bread into triangles or desired toast point shapes. Arrange on a baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- 4
Serve
Once the dip is baked and the toast points are ready, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve the crab dip warm with ciabatta toast points on the side.
