Harvesting
Select ripe Furmint and Hárslevelü grapes, ensuring they show signs of noble rot.

Gently crush the grapes to release the juice. Separate the juice from the skins.

Add yeast to the grape juice and allow it to ferment in a controlled environment for several weeks.

Once fermentation is complete, add sugar to the wine to reach 5 Puttonyos sweetness level.
