Prepare the Glass
Fill a copper mug or a highball glass with ice cubes.

Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the Banhez Mezcal, lime juice, and mole bitters. Shake gently.

Pour and Top
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice. Top with ginger beer.

Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.
