Frittata Ingredients

Method

Frittata Directions

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced ham, chopped arugula, and diced red onion into the egg mixture.

  4. 4

    Cook on Stovetop

In an oven-safe skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook for about 5 minutes or until the edges begin to set.

  5. 5

    Finish in the Oven

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is puffed and golden brown.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Aioli

While the frittata is baking, combine mayonnaise and Tabasco sauce in a small bowl. Mix until smooth, adjusting Tabasco to taste.

  7. 7

    Serve

Once the frittata is cooked, remove it from the oven, slice it, and serve warm with slices of Pullman bread and a drizzle of Tabasco aioli.
