Preparation of Caesar Dressing

Prepare the Garlic
Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

Mix the Dressing Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
Assembling the Salad

Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves thoroughly. Tear them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Add the Dressing
Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the romaine lettuce. Toss gently to ensure all leaves are evenly coated.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle the croutons and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the dressed lettuce. Toss lightly to mix.
