Preparation
Trim the Green Beans
Wash the fresh green beans and trim the ends. Set aside.
Prepare the Pork
Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Mince the Garlic
Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
Cooking
Sauté the Pork
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned pork pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
Add Garlic and Green Beans
Once the pork is browned, add the minced garlic and fresh green beans to the skillet. Stir well.
Cook Until Tender
Continue to cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the green beans are tender but still crisp.
Serve
Remove from heat, adjust seasoning if necessary, and serve hot.
