1

Trim the Green Beans

Wash the fresh green beans and trim the ends. Set aside.

2

Prepare the Pork

Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

3

Mince the Garlic

Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

Cooking

4

Sauté the Pork

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned pork pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

5

Add Garlic and Green Beans

Once the pork is browned, add the minced garlic and fresh green beans to the skillet. Stir well.

6

Cook Until Tender

Continue to cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the green beans are tender but still crisp.

7

Serve

Remove from heat, adjust seasoning if necessary, and serve hot.
